InterPoker Points

Interpoker points are called "My Poker Points" or MPPs for short.  MPPs are given as a bonus to players who play in real money cash games and tournaments.  They can be used to clear bonuses and earn entries into freeroll tournaments.

The Interpoker 100% $500 first time deposit bonus is cleared at a rate of 10 MPPs per dollar in bonus money.  For example, a $500 deposit would require 5,000 MPPs before it is released.

MPPs can also be used to gain entry into a wide variety of tournaments.  Interpoker frequently holds freerolls tournaments and satellites into larger tournaments that can be entered by spending MPPs instead of cash.  Even some of the large tournaments can be bought into directly if a player has enough MPPs to spend.

Some of these tournaments have significant prize pools so check InterPoker often for the newest offerings.  Some of the MPP tournaments have prize pools of up to $300,000 which is a great value for players - the first place award in one of those things is amazing.  You don't want miss out on any of these big opportunities.

To find upcoming MPP tournaments, go into the "Tourney" tab and then look under the MPP / Restricted section.  Inside that area players can find a list of all the tournaments that can be bought in to using MPPs. You can also find more in depth details about the room from out InterPoker Review.

Earning MPPs at InterPoker

Players accumulate MPPs in ring games at a rate of 1 point per hand when the rake reaches one unit ($/£/€).  If the rake of a hand reaches .25 of a unit but remains under 1 unit, the players in that hand will earn .25 of an MPP.

Tournament players earn MPPs at a rate of 3 MPPs per 1 unit paid in entry fees.  For example, a $20 + $2 tournament would earn 6 MPPs.  A £66 + £6 tournament would be good for 18 MPPs.

Keeping Track of InterPoker Points

Players can see their total MPP points in the main lobby screen and on their account pages.  This is a running total of all MPPs that have been earned up to now.  Hit the refresh button to view your latest MPP totals while playing.

MPPs are also displayed at the top of all cash games to show how many points a player has earned at each table.  When players first sit at a table, the "MPPs Earned" balance will start at 0.00 and it will grow as points are earned.
