Easy Competition (7.7)

You will find your competition here to be tighter than most rooms with the average viewed flop percentage at 40% in the lower limits. The lower limits and micro tables are the more active out of the bunch, but as you begin to climb levels you can expect to find some fairly stiff opponents.

Games and Traffic (8.4)

InterPoker’s game selection is standard, offering Texas Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi Lo, and 7 Card Stud. The majority of the players will be found at the Texas Holdem tables with stakes starting at $0.05/$0.10 up to $50/$100, although the high limit games generally don’t have many games running. The room has seen a significant player base boost recently with up to 3,700 players online involved in real money games. We did notice that InterPoker supports many heads up tables with stakes ranging from $1/$2 up to $50/$100. InterPoker takes 5% rake from each pot up to a maximum of $3.

Tournaments (8.5)

InterPoker is well known for offering some of the top tournament promotions and packages online, which is why they have received awards in this category. One of the biggest promotions currently running at InterPoker is for the 2008 WSOP with the poker room sending 25 players through a huge $300,000 freeroll. Players can enter this tournament by satellites costing as little as 10 MPP’s with a $300 Freeroll Final held each week.

All of the tournaments are scheduled in Texas Holdem and Omaha with buyins starting as low as $2. Players can choose between freeze-outs, re-buys, turbos, and guaranteed tournaments with a weekly $40,000 GP held each Saturday. They do offers Sit and Go tournaments, although these can only be played in Texas Holdem and the poker room does not have a large enough player base when off peak hours to minimize the wait time for a game to start.

 

Software (8.4)

InterPoker is a Cryptologic room which means you will be provided with high resolution graphics, excellent speed capabilities and above all else, stability. We have never experienced any delays or lags and InterPoker offers games in Dollars, Euros, and Pounds. The lobby is super easy to navigate with all your options available and you will be provided with the table stats within the lobby menu. These statistics include viewed flop percentage, hands per hour (125+) and of course average pot size.

Players do have some custom controls available such as four colored deck, chat controls, dealer’s voice among others. If you are looking for multi-table features, you will have no difficulties since they allow you a “Pro” table feature. This is a quick to use button located at your table which will reduce the size of the screen so you will be able to play up to four games simultaneously and neatly arranged on your monitor. Overall, they don’t offer anything over the top but the actual performance of the poker software is above fold.

Support (7.8)

Support is available around the clock with email and phone as your main options. The typical response time is generally a couple of hours for emails and slightly longer for phone supports.
