Multi Tabling Sit and Go's
If you are playing online sit and goes it is possible to play multiple sit and goes at one time. This is commonly referred to as "multi tabling". You can either play at multiple sites or you can play multiple tables on the same site. It is often a better idea to play multiple tables on the same site so the interface is the same on all of the tables. Newer players may get confused by having three different looking tables open.
There are a few ways to go about multi tabling sit and goes. You can either manually switch between each tables to check on the action, you can let the poker site make a sound when it is your turn and the table will automatically pop up, or you can make the tables small enough so you can fit them all on the same screen without overlap.
Initial Loss of Profit
When you start multi tabling you may notice a slight loss of profit. This is usual as you have to adjust to the different setup. However, once you get used to multi tabling your variance will actually be less because you can play more then one hand at a time.
Also, you should only be multi tabling if you're a winning player. Losing players who play just for the social/fun aspect won't gain anything from this. With that said, here are the advantages of multi tabling...
Improving
If you are playing multiple tables at once, you will improve at an accelerated rate. The logic behind this is simple: you are seeing more hands, so you will improve your poker play more rapidly.
Also, if you are in impatient player multi tabling will improve your game even more. Often times, impatient players will play mediocre hands because they don't want to wait for premium ones. When you play multiple tables, you won't have to wait as long for a premium hand.

Advantages of Multi Tabling
Obviously, the biggest advantage of playing multiple sit and goes is to increase your hourly rate of income. If you are a winning player, you will make more by seeing more hands.
When multi tabling in sit and goes however, I suggest that you stagger the times that you start the sit and goes. For example, start two every fifteen minutes. The reason for this is because if you started five at once, and made the money in each of them, you'd be playing shorthanded at five tables at once, which is an all but impossible feat. When you stagger the tables, you'll only have one or two shorthanded tables while the rest are full.
Disadvantages of Multi Tabling
By multi tabling, you will lose an edge that you have single tabling. That edge is the notes you can take and the observations you make while watching your opponents. Since you're constantly switching back and forth between tables, you won't be able to take notes and make these observations at each table.
Another problem is misclicks. Since tables will be randomly popping up when it is your turn, you are more likely to click the wrong button at a table.
Playing multiple sit and goes requires a ton of concentration, so you should only play when you can really get in the zone.
