Nuts Poker runs their point system very similar to that of most poker rooms. New players are required to earn a specific number of points, or in this case Nuts Poker Points, in order to release their deposit bonus. Nuts Poker Points are also use to earn players different VIP levels, which each have their own benefits. They high VIP level you earn, the bigger reload bonus you will be eligible for. The ultimate VIP status is called "THE NUTS", however it isn't very likely for the typical player to reach this status. You would need to have a month Nuts Poker Point average of 20,000 or more for the past three months.

Earning Points at Nuts Poker

The following point explanations are assuming that you are a new player and are therefore at the starting VIP status, the Peanut. There are two ways to earn points at Nuts Poker, either by playing at the real money cash tables or by playing in real money tournaments.

A player will be able to earn anywhere from 1 to 10 Nuts Poker Points in a single ring game hand, all depending on the amount of rake taken from that specific hand. The rake must be a minimum of $0.25 in order to earn any points and in order to earn the full 10, the table rake must be $2.51 or higher. However, there are several different levels between that.

The second way to earn Nuts Poker Points is through their real money tournaments. For every $1 you spend in tournament fees, you will receive 18 points. So, if you play in a $20 + 2, you would earn 36 Nuts Poker Points since the tournaments fee would be $2.
