Easy Competition (7.3)

The competition is outright diverse. Due to a massive player base you will find every type of player within this room. That being said they still have a slightly lower viewed flop percentage than most rooms even at the micro limits.

With each stake you move up you will of course find a different level of competition.  At the mid to high limits you will find some of the best players in the world, so that did not help their score.

Games and Traffic (9.7)

Software (9.4)

The software is one of the best there is with updates taking place almost daily to keep performance at optimal speed. Poker Stars has given players the ability to fully customize their game with over a dozen backgrounds available, or you can upload your own background plus an avatar as well.

The lobby is one of the easiest to navigate with all your statistical data available in an easy to read menu. Multi tabling is available with a very easy to use and seamless tool allowing you to resize your windows to the exact size you want.

The table provides your game statistics as you would expect from all rooms, and you can view the hand history at the table or request it to be emailed to you. Poker Stars is compatible with Poker Tracker.

Although PokerStars is a massive poker room, they currently only have email support.  We would like to see more options such as live chat or a phone number, because the email response time is usually around 30 minutes, which is a long time for a poker room.
