Prime Poker Points

Prime Poker points are given to players who participate in real money cash games and tournaments.  They can be used to collect bonuses, win entry into special tournaments and qualify for freerolls.

Earning Points at Prime Poker

In poker ring games, Prime Poker points are earned at a rate of .10 point for every $0.10 paid in rake.  If a pot is raked $2, for example, every player who contributed to the pot would earn 2 points.

Prime Poker Points are awarded to tournament players at a rate of 5 points per $1 paid in tournament fees.  If you enter a $10 + $1 tournament, you will be awarded 5 points.  Entry into a $5 + $.50 tournament would yield a player 2.5 points.  The points are then handed out when the tournament is completed.

Points are also awarded to players who play at the Prime Poker Casino.  Points are awarded to casino players at the following rates:

.03 points for every $1 wagered: Blackjack and Craps

.04 points for every $1 wagered: American Roulette, Casino Hold 'em, European Roulette, Millennium Ride

.05 points for every $1 wagered: Caribbean Pirate Poker

Using PPPs

Bonuses are automatically released when players earn the required number of points.  For freerolls, tournament tickets automatically appear in players' accounts as soon as they earn enough points to qualify.

The Prime Poker 100% $500 first time deposit bonus requires players to earn 10 Prime Poker Points per $1 in bonus money.  If a player deposits $500 and receives the $500 bonus, the money will be released once the player earns 5,000 points.

Prime Poker has one of the best promotions of any poker site on the net.  It's called the Prime Poker Doubler promotion and it is very lucrative for winning players.  Every month Prime Poker gives a bonus to players who win $100 or more in cash games and tournaments.  Here's the neat part:  the bonus amount is determined by how much money you win that month.  If you win $2,000 in a month, your bonus account will be credited with $2,000.

The Prime Poker Doubler promotion bonus is cleared at the same rate as the other bonuses: 10 Prime Poker Points must be earned per $1 in bonus money.

Prime Poker Points are valid for 6 months, beginning the month in which they were earned.  For example, all points earned between June 1st and June 30th will expire on December 31st.  The good thing about this is that Prime Poker automatically uses your oldest points first when clearing bonuses and earning tournament entries.
