Easy Competition (8.5)

Competition varies based on the level of game you are playing with micro games attracting a lot of loose players. These players can be found at limits up to the $3/$6 fixed limit tables. If you are searching for a competitive tournament you may want to look at any of the games with buy-ins starting at the $20 mark. Overall the room has an average viewed flop percentage at 55% in the low stakes and 40%-45% in the higher limits.

Games and Traffic (9.0)

Titan Poker offers your standard variations of ring games with the line up including; Texas Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi Lo, Stud, Stud Hi Lo, and 5 Card draw.  All of these games receive a steady flow of traffic during peak hours with Texas Holdem and Omaha PL seeing the most traffic. Players will be able to find an adequate amount of players for Stud up to the $2/$4 level.

Titan Poker does not offer the high stakes games like some of the major networks but they do boast some fairly active tables of $25/$50 NL holdem. You can expect to see numbers climb as high as 20,000 players online during peak hours. Titan Poker takes a fixed rake of 5% up to $3 depending on how many players are in the hand and what game you are playing. In some of the low limit tables, rake can be as low as $1.

Tournaments (9.0)

The tournament line up at Titan is always well structured and consistently provides value to players with huge guaranteed tournaments along with seats to live events. You can always expect any promotion that Titan poker runs to be massive and attract plenty of players.

Currently they are offering players a seat into the first ever ECOOP with over $2.5 million in tournament prizes and they should be releasing their 2008 WSOP qualifiers soon along with satellites. These games start at $2 and go up to $50, and are one of the more profitable SNG’s available online. You will find daily freerolls not just applicable to new players, but different VIP levels, and point tournaments with most games having a minimum prize pool of $1000.

Software (9.5)

The software is one of the best in the industry for speed and playability. There is rarely ever any down time and you shouldn’t experience lags like other rooms. Titan Poker’s lobby is very easy to navigate with a menu feature allowing you to customize what games you want the lobby to display. The graphics are decent but could use a much needed update.

They feature 3 dimensional avatars with a full table view. Table stats are provided such as folding and calling percentages. One of the nice features is the extra details you will find when selecting game info. This provides a pop up window giving a much more detailed view of your game and is a great tool for playing in tournaments.

The lobby also provides stats with your standard selection for lobby menu such as; preflop percent, average pot size, hands per hour. You can also view your previous hands in the hand history menu along with the option to view all tournaments played. Multi tabling is available with up to four tables at once.

I do have to agree that using the cascading tiles or resizing tool is very easy and you should not have any interruptions in your game. Titan Poker is available in over a dozen different languages, and is compatible with Poker Tracker in Texas Holdem and Omaha only.

Support (9.0)

Support is available 24/7 through email, phone and live chat. Each of these departments is excellent as far as customer service and support is concerned. Response time is minimal. One of the things I do like about this site is support will randomly contact you making sure you are enjoying the site or offer you special promotions.
